Quotes, contracts, documents generated by HOP or imported PDFs: you send them for signature from HOP, through the signature platform of your choice. Once the document is signed, it automatically comes back into HOP with its proof file.

You choose your signature platform
HOP connects via API to e-signature platforms. You choose your provider and contract with them directly. You then give HOP your access keys, and your documents are sent from HOP.

Multiple signers, in the order you set
You specify the signers and, if needed, the order in which they sign. The signing flow (emails received, screens, reminders) is that of your platform.

The signer confirms their identity with a code received by SMS.
Proof file
The platform produces a proof file for the signature.
eIDAS signature level. The signature level (simple, advanced or qualified) depends on the chosen provider and your contract with them.
The signed document goes back where it belongs
Once signing is complete, the signed document and its proof file are automatically attached to the deal, the contact or the entity the document was sent from. You find them without searching. The signed original remains archived in your signature platform.
A signature can trigger what comes next
The signature status is a HOP field like any other. It can therefore trigger your automations: mark the deal as won, notify the sales rep or generate the invoice with the Billing module.
